Firefighters

This week we did a unit study on Firefighters. We learned about all of the heroic firefighters and what they do to keep us safe from fires.










Each day we began by saying a pray to protect all of the firefighters. We learned all about the different trucks and vehicles used at the firehouse along with all of the different equipment firefighters have to wear and carry when going into a fire. Jacob made a lap book from Homeschool Creations. We read books all about firefighters and watched some DVDs we checked out from the library. Jacob even made a rescue helicopter out of legos.
